Well, the ride in this morning wasnapos;t as bum-shittingly fast as planned, but my legs were tired from yesterday, and it does seem to take a little time to adjust to a different bike, just because youapos;re using slightly different parts of your leg muscles due to slightly different seat heights and frame sizes and stuff. Itapos;s still a absolute joy to bomb about on. Still reckon I should be able to get down to 4 miles in 15 mins without too much hassle.

Hey, itapos;s mid October, and no sign of any S.A.D. Symptoms at all this year so far. Got my holidays approved today, so just need to confirm with Denise and I can go ahead and book some flights while theyapos;re still cheap. Well excited about getting away for a few days.

Oh, and check out the sheer awesomeness of my God-daughter Beth, age 3 1/2 months, in the Halloween toys section of their local supermarket with her Dad.
